A simple fan on the lowest setting will work miracles.
Just don't keep it pointed directly at you

look at that fucking sgit as npc room. grey on grey on grey with beige fucking accents and a picture of nothing in particular above the bed just to fill the space. A mirror behind the lamp where you can't even fucking use it. Two cuck chairs. Blanked UNDER the pillow on one of them because it's all deliberately posed for the photo. A single cold LED light in the overhead fan. Fuck people who live in these cinderblock looking shitholes and especially fuck faggot flippers who buy up every comfy home and turn them into this.

That bedroom is actually more colorful than the majority of listed flips I see now. They won't even use browns. It's all the same bright white and agreeable gray in every room.

Why would you ever need to cool the entire room when its really just your body that needs to be cooled?

70% of heat enters the home through sunlight. more specifically, UV magnification from the sun beaming through your windows. if you can put polarized window tint up it will help tremendously.

what is your situation?
Is this a 2nd floor bedroom and the home's AC cant keep it cool?
If so, youre only real solution is a window AC unit. Do not fall for the "portable" ac meme, those suck balls

Is the attic hatch in your bedroom? Most complaints of room being hot in summer and cold in winter is due to attic hatch not being insulated as well as it could be. Vid related is my diy project this weekend to get my hatch to R-60 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r3ImyaYa7jg

It will only work if the outside air temperature is lower than the house temperature, which is most of the time but sometimes not in a heatwave

Or the outside air temp is slightly lower but still too hot for sleeping

Op with fans. Get 2 on full blast. One blowing OUT the hot air on the hottest side of your room/house/whatever. One sucking IN cold air from a shaded window.

You can spray yourself with a spray bottle on mist to then allow the cool air the cool sided fan it blowing on you. It works really quickly. You can also lie in your bathtub. You can fill it with cool water too and have your own mini pool to cool you down.

If your humidty level is too high outside though then you won't evaporate and won't cool down. All fans to is evaporate sweat or moisture to give you that sensation of cooling down. They do not cool your air down without circulating the hot air out and sucking in cool air from elsewhere. Fans are NOT air conditioning units obviously. Fans use much less electricity than A/C units. If you can afford to buy an A/C unit, get a portable unit with as high of a BTU rating as possible for your price point that vents to the outside via hose. You can put up a piece of plywood or plexiglass in your window to keep things safe.

A cheap fix is to freeze some water inside old coke plastic bottles and take them out as needed to put on your neck or face or elsewhere. Fill them 3/4 full, not fully full or they'll crack and overflow due to expansion.

Oh and ya, tack up blankets or sheets on your windows that don't open to block out the solar radiation.
