I'd set aside around $2k for the culvert itself, then figure out how much a crane contractor would charge for the unloading and positioning

That seems incredibly cheap. It's about the same size if not larger than a 1500 gallon septic tank, and a concrete septic tank that size is around $2k delivered where I live. That culvert is gonna have a lot more concrete and rebar than a septic tank so it can handle heavy loads going over it.

You're right, my mistake. It seems to be priced per foot of length, so if we're going by OP's pic let's say 8 1/2 ft long. In that case it would be ~$2450 for the smallest on the list to ~$4377 for the largest instead.
