I have a ton of frames like picrel. Mostly all the same size, 6x6 8x8 6x8. I try to arrange them close to a grid, but then when I get a new one I have to rearrange a couple others.

I've been using small nails to hold them, but then I get a bunch of tiny holes in the drywall every time I need to rearrange any. Any ideas for a way to hang them so they're easy to move around, without nailing each frame into the wall?

I was thinking a pegboard but I don't know how to make that not ugly. And the pegs are usually fatter than a frame's hook.

Just patch the holes and keep a small can of color matched paint.

Start photoshopping yourself into weird situations and hang them at friends houses. Wait till they notice the picture of you climbing Everest next to their mee-maw. Do it for the lulz.

This but use two threads per pic so you can hang them straight (I've seen galleries wher they use this and also a rail at the bottom but I don't understand why that would be necessary).
