Casting toys, molding. (preferably air dry and clear)Also technique to cut then dried sylicone mold, so that it can be reused, repoured, also if mold is plamo like, how do i design the snap fit, or model it (in wahtever clear air dry)...
and then runner between the parts.

I think i have solved shapes, anatomy but not the printing/casting. Also things like, how small it is that it is too small or thing to create airgaps or that it will be too easily break? i personally have broken a very small 3 MP models.

Funny you should mention that. I was just about to make a video on how to give a doll a ball and socket joints. My plan is to make the socket slightly bigger than the ball say 0.25 mm. Stay tuned.

wont that not hold then.

The video would be done by now if my 3d printer hadnt broken sight.
But anyways aside from that the socket must also be more than halfway the sphere joint. Thats the plan anyways

..if more than half way, wont it prevent it from slotting in? logically anyway.
plastics shatters too i suppose

My limited experience:
Level of detail depends on the hardness of the mold, and viscosity of the poured material. Mold too soft means small details will deform, material too thick means it won’t go into the small cavities. With shore 100 silicon molds I get 1mm details pretty accurately but wouldn’t go smaller

Pretty easy get the right amount of stretch if you know the limits of the material and build the joint as a stack of circles. You can calculate how much stretch is needed to get the ball in, but it is a lot easier to make a 2 part joint with two half spheres. Much stronger too and easier to polish or coat the inside surface of the joint before assembly

i see....
stack of circles.. like paper?

Did you ever end up learning reverse kinematics and how to draw perspective

who knows. clearly iask for simpler solution but apparently you and religion like to go back on your words... after decades or centuries...of plundering too, even
