To remove the crown you must remove the stem. There is some non obvious method of unlatching it and it will pull out. Then you can just drop or shake the movement out. The stem release differs beween models, but there are numerous YouTube videos on the models.

The stem release screw is to the left of the crown wheel (wheel with 3 holes). It is a captive screw that is held by the main plate and bridge. Turn to left to loosen and the stem and crown will slide right out when pulled. When reinstalling the stem be sure to align the set lever pin to the notch on the stem.

I can't tell from that picture. But there might be a tiny latch that needs to be pressed down to release crown and stem. And in some movements, this latch only appears when the stem is in a certain position.

You'll need to :
>1 wear finger cots/gloves
>2 unscrew the selector screw a little. Do NOT go all the way or you will detach the selector dial-side and if you are asking any of the things you are asking then you do not have half the tools necessary to deal with anything dial-side
>3 pull out the crown and winding stem
>4 remove the movement
>5 do whatever you need to do inside the case
>6 put the movement back into place
>7 replace the waterproofing gaskets after lubricating them with silicon grease
>8 put the crown and winding stem back into position. You will need to turn it in order for it to get into the right position. Don't force it too hard.
>9 screw the selector screw back in. Do not screw it too hard or it will break

As added steps I'd recommend
>1-1 wind the watch just a little and while you do it, you will see the click move as the ratchet wheel turns. Hold the click so it does not keep the ratchet wheel in place. You will feel the crown start turning between your fingers because the mainspring is unwinding. Let it turn, better yet help it turn backwards slowly until it stays immobile
>what's the point?
>it will keep the movement inert and you won't risk getting a moving hand caught into something and get bent
