You should definitely do this. If there is any funk on the OSB you should warsh it with a 4:1 bleach water mix, then paint with killz. Depending on the flooring you are putting down have a good long look for level across the floor. Fill any dips, let it dry, then refloor it.

Yes, I dug a trench and a pit to collect rainwater for no practical reason at all, and now I don't feel like finishing it but the clay soil holds it fine lol

That's pretty cool. I would have aligned it with the fence better. You thought about expanding it or making it deeper? Be sweet to go down about 3 feet.

Real furniture off Craigslist/FB marketplace free sections. My neatest find lately was some lockers I got when a local business closed down

Sounds about right… minus the kids but if/when they come, that will probably be unplanned too because sometimes you just need to stay in there til the end.
