That would be a commercial freezer. Industrial would be a spiral one that flash freezes anything you can fit in it and requires truckloads of ammonia to run. But you're right, OP is off base; it's not even necessarily rekt, might just be summer and Burger King just leaves the freezer open during truck and then never cleans off the accumulating stalagmites.

those long formations seem to be too perfectly formed to be random water dripping and freezing. some of them look like perfect cylinder shapes. I dont think dripping water freezes in that shape
