That's going to have to be one old cell phone. Ever take a look inside a late model iPhone? If you could even open one? There's no room and your soldering skills will have to be wizard level.

Just wrap the phone in foil or place in an r.f. tighr metal box. That's how phone thieves move them undetected.

this could do it and if you are good enough at microsoldering it's definitely possible to fit one in modern cellphones, they have more space than you'd expect.

Just take the battery out.
If the phone can't have the battery removed in 20 seconds then don't buy it.
