I am making this pencil topper by layering paper and it’s going to get wider and wider and it’s gonna end up looking like a disk/wheel

Update: I added some paper to cover up the ends after I filled the ends with shredded paper. I put tape and staples to make it extra secure

Update: 6: I added 2 layers of cardboard and rubber bands and staples to hold them together. I also put some glue into the cracks.

What are some better ways of fastening layers to the wheel no troll answers

Add wet paper with glue

Suggestions:
-sharpen the pencil
-write with sharpie: “if found please call ###-###-####” just in case you lose it somewhere
-use Mod Podge to stick some nifty magazine cutouts or tissue paper on the outside
-something with post-it notes?

I think it would be nice if you drew a happy picture on the paper :)
