I need to move this massive wooden planter, but it's only raised by 2cm off the ground. What can I use to move it?

Spud bar and block for fulcrum. Put pieces of pipe under it to roll it where you want it to go. Or put skids under it and drag it with a tractor or vehicle if you are going a further distance.

Probably your best bet. If it has a solid base and you'll be moving it over a solid surface you can kick a dolly or two under it in place of pipes.
