I want to add an lcd display on the case's left side (replacing the small vent holes). The LCD display has four holes to mount it. Can I add the same spacers as currently present on the floor, to left wall, to screw the display on ? Will it require tilting the case to print them ? Or should I just glue the display to the wall ?

No, you can add a solid vertical rib that those holes could be added to, with a chamfered cutout on one of them to clear that tab on one side of the display where the pins for the backlight are. You don't have to add round standoff features to the side wall like there are on the floor of the enclosure.
