Did what, Use it? This is what ceramic stovetops look like when they get used.
You fix it by cleaning it, use glass cooktop cleaner if necessary.

Oh and guess what, it's a used grill now and not brand new anymore. Further guess what, it's going to happen again so get used to it. Even further guess what, these kind of induction stoves are notorious for failure so enjoy it working while it lasts because it won't last as long as a gas stove or old school coil stove.
