How to 3D print this small part ?

What I mean is: how to print it giving support to the horizontal surface ? No matter which way I turn it there will be some unsupported surface.

I'd print it just like that with supports. The flat faces will be easy to clean the supports off of.

Remove the cutout on the bottom, give it a solid fill modifier, then manually cut out the bottom. That will give you the best structure. You could also tilt it like >>2956443
