i have 6 pack abs, eat 1g per bodyweight in protein a day and work out 5x a week. i trail run on mountains. used to do combat sports, stopped bc im old.

this is good advice but i already know and apply it. worth echoing though. a lot of young men get bitter about women and there's nothing less attractive. their whole personality centers around it. its repulsive for me even to be friends with guys like that. stuff like backpacking, music scenes i'm in and being a musician, shit like that has always led to the most compatible girlfriends.
