I'm a fairly big guy (93-94kg 12% bf 193cm) but my lifts are weak as fuck relative to my weight. I can only bench 100kg x4, squat 150kg x5 and row like 90kg x6. I wrestle and people (even close to my weight) tell me i feel strong but when i go to lift I feel so fucking weak I hate it.
