They tried making it a hack n slash by copying Devil may cry in Curse of Darkness, and Lament of Innocence. Then they tried to copy God of War by outsourcing it to some spanish development team to make Lords of Shadow.

Konami had the big opportunity to make a Castlevania in the souls like vein because Souls games are just Metroidvanias in 3rd person environment. Little zoomie kiddies would call it a rip off but if Konami played it right we could have a had one of the best games ever. Now that ship has sailed and nobody cares about souls likes.

The last thing we had fro Castlevania was a partnership with vampire survivors and some Dead by Daylight shit.

I'm a fairly big guy (93-94kg 12% bf 193cm) but my lifts are weak as fuck relative to my weight. I can only bench 100kg x4, squat 150kg x5 and row like 90kg x6. I wrestle and people (even close to my weight) tell me i feel strong but when i go to lift I feel so fucking weak I hate it.
