I can't train my butt
I do squat, dont feel my butt at all. only my lower back and quad.

I can't lunge. knees hurt so badly no matter what variations I try.

I can't hip bridge. that shit do nothing too. tried 100 hip bridges it was a waste of time.

what now? I need STRONG BUTT so I can fuck the FAT GREASY SHIT out of any big-boned chicks. I also need that for improved running and cycling. please give me some help!

Maybe elliptical on hard settings, put your feet as far back as possible in the tracks and lean forward. You can try multiple positions and see if any of them work.

you probably have a mobility problem which is why you cant do simple exercises without pain.

try stretching your legs and using your joints more with no/less weight. static and dynamic stretching will help you tons

You are PHYSICALLY DISABLED and you need to FIX YOURSELF before you GET HURT. A normal human being should be able to lunge. Look up kneesovertoesguy or something dude.

Nigger you don't do sets of 100s of hip bridges. Go do hip thrusts in the gym with a barbell.

Do backwards treadmill walking (no incline, start slow) and leg extensions (again, slow) until your knees are stable and strong enough for something else.

Or buy a reverse hyper machine.

check out if you city has some services. A lot of cities have free memberships to people who are poor. It keeps them out of the hospital and which helps the medical system from losing as much cash when they send it to collections.
