I'm actually in Europe, central Europe too but I did buy myself a new bad+mattress 2 years ago, and I suspect those mongoloids who work in assembling factories must have fucked something up. In all my 3 decades on living on this earth I've never had this issue

Bad sleep and sleep deprivation is a real life torture, they punish war prisoners with this shit, if there is a hell, then this is it and it honestly made me feel so bad, it really hit my world view, even affected my Christian faith. Like what's the purpose of it all if I am ALREADY experiencing torturing hell right here on earth? And there's also a chance of hell for not picking "le right religion". It's all so much bullshit, that's why they say suffering builds character. Sleeping works too. After a big lunch, ill take a nap and wake up an hour later well rested. Or if I cant sleep because im stressed out, a quick sandwich helps put me to sleep. Everyone's different but eating and sleeping works on my machine
