If my face looks decent at 30% bf does that mean I'm going to look godly at 10%?

It does not.
Maybe you'll get glorious cheek bones that'll accentuate your face in all the right ways.
Or maybe you'll look like a crack addict with sunken eyes.

my face is the same, hollow cheek bone look until I hit like 18% bf, then suddenly all the fat goes to my face at once.

depends on what part of your face looks good
fat could be filling up parts to make you more attractive
generally people look better when they are not obese though

When I reached 12% bf I started looking like shit on the face. Being 45yo makes it even worse because of wrinkles but NGL it was a glorious time. Nobody I knew in at my age was holding abs and being ripped.
This was two years ago, now I'm at about 17% and maintaining.

probably not. most men are facially disadvantaged you’d look slightly better and could have your way with mid women if we’re being realistic but you can’t beat genetics
