Not the dude you replied, but I am currently at about 16% and aiming 12% by the end of July. Reached 11% last summer and it was pain in the ass to sustain (the only good thing was not suffering heat to much).

OP ottermode, basically a skinny guy with low bodyfat and high enough "muscle" mass not to look malnourished, basically someone who does a lot of cardio and barely lifts.

Ascended ottermode is ottermode but with more muscular mass, around 60-70% natural peak, but still at low bodyfat. This guy already lifts, but can pack on more muscle mass.

The last thing you have is built/athletic mode, that's when you're at ~90% natty peak at the same ~10-12% bodyfat.

If your elbows go forward in a lat exercise, like pulldowns, you're using your pecs.
