I usually do 12 for my first of three sets but I think I could do 13-14 if I knew I was only go do one set.

Always with strict form! I need to feel the muscles pull apart when I'm moving towards the top and then coming back together and going all the way down and locking out my shoulders at a reasonable tempo

my goal is 15, but 20 would be even better
after trying some more advanced calisthenics shit I realized that I definitely need to make sure that my basics are on point
I started doing this and will see where it brings me in a couple of weeks
