I don't do meme shit anymore, just mobility and utilitarian workouts. Bike daily, walk daily.

I drink that every single day, multiple times a day. I keep refilling it until the week is out by which point the fruit is usually falling apart.
I don't think people understand how much water you're suppose to drink daily.
