Turns into a jelly like sauce. Will fill your stomach since it expands, probably real good for cutting.

About 30cl of hot water to 3x tablespoons of powder. Mixed plenty.
The looks are deceiving, it's jelly like and will solidify further exposed to the air. Don't take too long eating.
Also make sure you're not doing a dosage that big on it's own. Eat something that it can mix well with. There's cases of dumbasses doing just water and fiber over and over too fast. It will lump together and block the intestines.
Hydrate plenty.

I've built it up over many months, feeling it out.
Definitely start with 1 to see how you react.
Over those months, if your gut flora is busted, it should get shit doing, literally.
I'm currently seeing how insoluable fiber powder works. Don't need so much psyllium over a long period of time once the gut flora is all operational.
