>>76322520 (OP)I usually have 4 days off of lifting every 1 or 2 months when im feeling burnt off. I usually become a bit bigger and i can lift harder when i do it again. If i go past a week or a week in a half, yes, my strenght and endurance goes to shit. Also, ive realised that lifting based on how energetic i feel gives better results than autistically grinding, i usually do 4 sets of each but if i feel 2 or 3 are enough i leave it there.
