Do normies really think supplements are dangerous? Every time I try to tell my friends about what I'm taking they're like "oh that's dangerous" and "you should talk to a doctor" even though I'm giving myself more of stuff my body already produces.

Yes most supplements aren't dangerous at least in the short term, but after you spend 5+ years regularly consuming various big pharma pills and powders you have to ask yourself do you REALLY need that?

Because chances are you don't, just like most people. Normal food should be more than enough for the vast majority of active people.

I've noticed a significant difference since I started taking supplements just a little over a month ago. Not life changing but big enough to be worth it.

my friend thinks deadlift at any capacity will render him scoliotic for life because his manlet brother (who stopped lifting apparently for years and has a sedentary job now) has "back pain from lifting"

going zero carb will most definitely affect you way more than just taking any supplement in a month

>normal food
Good luck finding that. You would have to spend half of your time growing it or to pay mininum 1k per week to get a qaulity food that your ancestors were eating.
