>dumbbells in my gym stop progressing from in increments of 2.5 pounds after 50 pounds and max out at 100 pounds

How do you add extra weight to dumbbells, it's the only decent gym that isn't some planet fitness type commercial one in my area

3 maybe 4 months worth of gym membership gets you a basic bitch folding bench, adjustable dumbbells and all the plates you could possibly need.

Most gyms don't have 2.5lb increments for dumbbells at any weight range, you should count yourself lucky. They are accessory movements, so just keep doing them until it becomes easy enough to go up 5lbs. Increase reps if you want.

i get the frustration but why do you need 2.5lb increments for dumbbell incline bench?

gyms typically stop doing small increments after 50lbs because people only use those for compound exercises not isolation ones.

why cant you do incline bench with 50s and 60s and 70s, etc?

im not sure what your goal is but Im sure their are work arounds for whatever is mucking up what you wanted to do
