how thin can i get before it actually becomes unhealthy and i start feeling like shit all the time? currently at around 120 lbs and 5'8". would 110 be fine?

but i literally haven't. i don't think i ever made a thread on this board before, or maybe a few some years ago? but i haven't even browsed at all in a few years. you're thinking of somebody else probably. i also don't have an eating disorder, i would say i'm pretty healthy. that's why i made the thread, i wanna lose some weight but i wanna get an idea of where i should stop, so that it doesn't turn into a disorder.

Back when I had anorexia, 5'11 120ish is when I started to feel bad. I would always get black vision when standing up and need to hold onto something.

I'm your height, before lifting I used to be about 116lbs, sometimes dipped as low as 110lbs. I felt fine but wouldn't really recommend it, I'm 130lb lean now and it's way better

well you are playing with fire, can't do what you want to do without risk. Decide on an exercise as a benchmark and do it regularly so it'll be more obvious when you are getting weaker. Be careful.

I'm not sure if cutting as low as possible is the right approach for being a twink. I think you should at least have a tiny bit of muscle, so that you'll have slight ab, pec and arm definition, rather than being a completely flat board

eh could be true. i mainly wanna lose weight for a thinner waist, otherwise i'm mostly happy with my weight. and i tried working out before for some months but never really got any visible result, maybe i'm too dumb for it idk.

idk i mean i've always been around 120, most i got to was 125 when i intentionally gained weight but lost it back when i wasn't trying to gain any. i just have a small appetite i guess.

maybe like 500 calories worth of stuff for breakfast, usually a few eggs and some other stuff with it. and i don't have lunch. i'll have some snacks until dinner, the calories here can change but usually it'll be around maybe 300 if i had to guess. then i'll have dinner which will be another 500 calories maybe. and then some more tiny bit of snacks until i sleep. but it is often that i'll lose appetite and be done with breakfast or dinner really early, and eat like only half of the usual.

really? idk how metabolisms work. also like i said my diet isn't really consistent and i do eat much less than usual sometimes, so maybe that makes the difference. but not really sure.
