I'm 5'8 (in Germany) and wanted to kms for it, but I recently noticed how negligible height differences look from the 3rd person, as compared to 1st person. I feel tiny next to my best friend who's 6'4, yet in reflections/photos the difference looks completely fine and normal. Those blackpill mogging images you keep seeing online always have differences of like a whole foot

I'm your height, before lifting I used to be about 116lbs, sometimes dipped as low as 110lbs. I felt fine but wouldn't really recommend it, I'm 130lb lean now and it's way better
