There's a difference between benching 405 for around 10-12 reps like it aint shit and benching it for 1 or 2 reps, thinking you're the hot shit, and training this way around once a week. The latter which is basically ego lifting for TikTok is truly the shit pussy way.

Strength is a function of how many muscle fibers you have and how many can your central nervous system recruit, you can achieve the same effective strength with different ratios of these two variables. This man clearly doesn't have as many fibers as bigger guys, but his CNS is very effective at recruiting a lot of them. I'd assume he does more strength training than hypertrophy.

Best way to bulk up with strength training is 3x8-12 set/rep range if you do it casually though. If doing calisthenics sets of 12-20 reps is good enough of a result to start seeing results if you gas your tank out to around one or two remaining sets for the day. Strength work alone doesn't build size in that 3-5 rep range, you can see a lot of athletes doing that sort of range and maintaining their body weight in body weight sports.
