i never had problems with form and one random day a year and a half ago i snapped my shit when warming up for diddlies with laughable weights
now it feels like electric surges and pain from my lower back, down my right glute, hamstrings, feel it behind my kneecap and sometimes even down on the bottom of my foot.
I've done stretching, light workouts there, training abs, glutes back.
tried even bpc157 (which helped for the duration of taking it) but then the pain came back immediately again.

AI is telling me there is literally no solution and that surgeries make shit worse

help me fit bros

Why does this happen? Cumulative load and inadequate recovery over months?

Stop using AI for medical advice. Go see a doctor.

90% of doctors are complete morons. Finding a specialist that actually knows what he is talking about and can help you, instead of feeding you bullshit and wasting your time for years making to try all kinds of random shit, is really fucking hard (and expensive).

You want a physical therapist, OP.
Also, have you worked on things like a prone progression of exercises? Hip mobility? Core activation (not just strength training, but getting those muscles to respond appropriately and doing their job to protect and stabilize the back by strengthening the mind-body/motor control/motor recruitment pathways appropriately)?
I'm a PT and I'm not going to diagnose you over the internet, but if you haven't tried PT yet, I'd give it a go. Even if they could improve your symptoms by 50%, it sounds like that would be life changing for you.
If your PT sucks or you get in to a mill (they're treating 3 patients at once and you don't feel like you're getting what you need), abandon ship and find someone who doesn't suck/who isn't a mill cog.
Good luck, OP.

I have the exact same problem but on my left side. I started with the exercises from Low Back Ability but its only the end of my first week, so I can't tell if its going to help yet.

yeah, I've been through that
tried pt, yoga, stretching exercised, static exercises, nerve flossing
basically everything
I'm at my wit's end, that's why i turn to fit to ask if someone has had similar experience and got it healed

living with sciatica is like picrelated
i got a super hard mattress it's the only thing that relieves the pain
then during the day it gets worse and worse until i lay down again

Maybe it's time to consult pain management. Have you trialed a guided injection? I would rec guided versus unguided, but both can be helpful. They can also be ineffective, but it sounds like your level of suffering warrants a try with the intervention.
