How do I DECREASE the size of my thighs. For context, I am 6ft and 143 lbs. Do I just do high reps, low load workouts? Or does it matter?

For me as a tall dude who also wants that, I simply bike to the gym and do zero leg work, there are a lot of hills on my way to the gym so my thighs are always sore after going to the gym just from biking.

You can't spot reduce FAT. You can, however, work out the muscles. I want to know if it matters the way you work those muscles out. Will I get different looking legs if I do eg. deadlifts vs. high rep stuff.

BMI alone does not matter. It's more about the bodyfat percentage and distribution.
A lot of my weight is in the thighs. I do not like the way they look because I think they're underdeveloped? I wouldn't want to overwork them though and for them to get even bigger than they do now.

Are you retarded? Just skip them completely, why would lifting weights decrease their size

Because they look flabby and ugly. Can I not just work out the muscles and then lose weight and fat? Wouldn't they look better then?

Okay, so I just search for this on twitter, since woman with eating disorders include BMIs along with their selfies. I would say that her thighs are flabby, despite her BMI being seemingly low. Fat distribution is individual.

I don't know why everyone's being mean. The trick that worked for me was to do workouts of Victoria Secret models on tiktok. If I remember when I get home I'll post the webm I made High rep, low to zero load, calisthenic pilates type deals. Leg raise and kick backs. Also learn to engage your core and pelvic floor, it's anecdotal, but I think my thighs got huge because I was relying too much on them to do most of the work.

Really interesting. Thank you. That could make sense actually.
