Why does this machine attract DYELS like bees to a honeycomb?

Don't get me wrong I like it

I bench 2 plates at 70kg and never did pec deck until last week, I got chest DOMS for the first timr since I started lifting.

I can do dips and push-up variations at home. Pec deck is the best way to target the inner parts of the chest, so of course I'm gonna use it when I'm at the gym.

because it can either be a very hard exercise if you're putting effort in at the gym or one of the easiest most comfortable exercises if you're not. Notice how the DYELs do lots of exercises that could be very easy and comfortable without the weight or pre-fatigue

your just mad because they dont have enough of them. i know because im mad about it to. there are only 2 at my golds. three broccoli headed mexicans will triple team one of them for like an hour and a half while posting on tictoc. the other one is always taken by this anorexic insane chick who is on deaths door. she puts zero weight on it. i shit you not, she brings the arms together, and then interlaces her fingers together and holds it there for like a minute on each rep. like, what are you doing you crazy bitch? getting a finger workout on the pec deck? makes me want to scream at her.

for me, it's the fat mulatto woman wh9 uses the leg press machine for 30 minutes with 5 kg weight and 10 minute breaks between reps, while watching tiktoks the whole time (even during her "exercise")

i thank god for the multitude of cable machines that people seem too retarded to use. been getting more into cables because of it. ive been doing alot of behind the back cable lateral raises and seeing pretty good side delt results.

Just do pec deck, it's better. For me, flyes hit better when they're done lying down, not sitting up and pec deck hits so fucking good when I'm sitting up and barely and dyels use it.

Fly machines is one of very few chest exercises that you can't drop something on you or have to worry about the weight tearing you in half because you can't drop the weight fast enough. All the cable variants are fairly unknown.

Ive been doing mostly freeweights lately so i can bodybuild more angles, joint strain i figure you ahould just be able to do any lift often with barely any actual joint damage as long as your technique is super advanced.
