Why would you need 100g protein? Are you 2m tall?
Just drink milk buddy. 1L of milk is 34g protein and like 300 kcal, better than whatever shit protein shake you're doing.

okay this is bait but incase there are any dyels reading this you want at least 1g of protein per pound of body weight
whey should be about 25g of protein for 125 calories, no need to make a shake just mix that shit with water

Refeed every lifting session or a whole day and lift twice, extend the refeed with less of a bulk the next day and presumably less intensity.

In actual cut days i dont lift very had because i just lifted 3-4 days in a row a least a little so i can drink a ton.
