i've gotten so fat to the point where it genuinely hurts to breathe or stand up for very long.
do I need to lift/starvemaxx immediately to avoid dying or will I live for a couple more years like this?

Never starve, fasting was shilled here. But not anymore (all ded).

Just move a lot and eat nothing but porridge, eggs, vegies and fruits. Reduce salt consumption, it retains water in the body and you want water out for now.

Start slow, both in terms of exercise and fasting, and improve from there.

For now just walks and counting calories to determine where you're at. Then a 50 calorie deficit. Increase the deficit by 25 calories a week.

Consume a multivitamin with your meal, vitamin k2, the other vitamins & minerals. Replace most protein with beef collagen. Replace existing fats with saturated fats. Do not add these on top of what you already eat.
