Will looks fine when he's at a slightly higher bodyfat. Bodybuilding competitions promote a horrible aesthetic.

Because he's ugly and narrow. I know he has a gf but he has the gymcel look to him. Lacking tons of facial development and his shoulder narrowness looks worse when you see how overdeveloped his legs are.

Because bodyshitting is all subjective and a beauty pageant at the end of the day.
So is training for "aesthetics" or "looks".
Some people like more muscle some people like less. Some people like different frames. Some people like single digit bf some people like 15%.
It is all subjective.

Strength is objective however that's why all smart people train only to increase their numbers.

The X-frame poses with the overdeveloped quads and undeveloped calves turned out is anti-aesthetic. And his quads certainly are way too big for the rest of his body and his calves absolutely are underdeveloped. He also is not posing in a way to present good lines of symmetry as the art of posing has gone by the wayside with bodybuilders only being required to do the poses whose purpose is to present the size of specific muscles.

modern bodybuilding is a size and definition contest. He seems to have more size and definition than the other two hence he wins. Which is why pregnant men have won Mr. Olympia for the last two and a half decades.

Speaking of short clavicles, if you look at Larry Scott, he has the same problem. He was narrow shouldered with a wide waist. But he learned how to pose in ways that present his physique a more pleasing fashion. This is again something that is missing in modern bodybuilding. No attention to the art of posing and proportions. Just putting on as much as size as possible and if there is anything close to the appearance aesthetic proportions, it's an accident and not intended.

I must also mention that Aesthetics are not as subjective as one would think. Though you could say there are variations between what individuals would claim to be aesthetically pleasing, there is still a general trend and much more commonalities. Men are after all the product of physical laws and those laws themselves govern the human mind.
