I usually avoid promoting e-celebs, but Will Tennyson just uploaded an interesting video where he gained and then lost more than 10 lbs of waterweight in a span of 2 days. Might be interesting for those of you who always freak out about what the scale tells you.
I'll save you the time to watch the video, here's what he did to gain the weight:
- eat shitload of carbs and sodium (ramen, donuts, cake, pasta...)
- keep activity low to avoid burning glycogen
- drink water with electrolyte supps
- eat things with fiber, guar gum and sugar alcohols
And to lose the weight:
- skip breakfast, spend morning fasted except for some EAA's around gym time
- do a fullbody workout, walk a lot
- run with heavy clothing on a hot day
- go keto
- eat at a deficit
- take diuretics
- sauna
