It has to be some form of muscle imbalance or? I get a very specific clenching(not forcing it myself) when having to urinate most of the time and without it is hardly possible.

youre talking about your pelvic floor. Sounds like its tight. Need to do reverse kegels and stuff like happy baby stretches.

you can come up with a routine, do it twice a day if you have time. keep up with it though, it'll take time. you cant really stretch too much
