It is just counting calories, regular workout plus low intensity cardio (so that you would not feel hungry and overreat afterwards).

I reached 8 percent in 3 months like that. It is easy to maintain if you do not drink alcohol too. Just keep whatever you doing.

Low libido is the only downside of low body fat. At least I noticed it instantly.

Drinking alcohol isn't so much a calorie issue if you count it, i.e. on one day have 400kg on chicken breast, some other lean meat, etc. and skimp on fat for a day and you can still be in a deficit. But what it will do it grind your fat burning to a halt anywhere from half a day to well over a day.

yes, also moderate drinking and the fasting afterwards to make up for it is easier said than done. I tried it myself, did not affect my body fat for a month then drank some few times more (practically wasted once a week for 3 occasions) and started gaining fat and weight.

For me 2 times a month of drinking is not issue, but anything more - and you are back to old habbit. So either stop altogether or just do not have goal to be lean and still drinking alcohol.

Even moderate drinking like once a month fucks up metabolism a lot, I was skeptical about it all my life until recently. Of course I am older so it take me a week to fully recover with no alcohol use.

Perhaps a little bit, it does not go away, but from my experience it is still lower if I keep my body fat low. I always thought it would be reverse. But I do not worry too much, since my dick works like a charm and when I do get an erection it actually looks way bigger.
