Once you lose 15 lbs, get a 20 or 25 lb vest and use it every time you walk. It is the fucking cheat code. By the time you lose 15, you're in decent shape, and unlike starting off with it, it's not too hard on you because it's approximately where you started from. Eventually when you're wearing it, you feel normal, and when not, you feel light on your toes (zesty). It's great for blasting through that first plateau.

My eyes and clothes tell me I’m losing fat. Math, calculators and calorie counting tells me I should be. The scale tells me I’m stagnating. Is it possible I’m gaining muscle or muscle weight very late into a cut (14% body fat)? My deadlift and squat are increasing, though not to PR levels, just recovering old strength I guess (I switched from sumo to conventional deadlift and fixed my squat form).

Messed around with PSMF over the past few days and the results are pretty nuts. Down over 5 lbs over the past week, and I had been consistently low carb for several weeks before that so it's not like I had a ton of water weight to lose. I'm going to have a big salty dinner tomorrow night to cap off the week so I'm interested to see how much my weight rebounds.

Wanted to get back to my old 40 minutes a day of cycling routine I had a long time ago, but I was having trouble barely just reaching 20 minutes of cycling.
It just occurred to me though, since I'm NEETing, what's the point of aiming for a big 40 minute block of cycling right away, when I can just cycle for 15-20 minutes several times throughout the day?
Like 15 minutes In the morning, 15 before dinner, 15 in the evening etc, then up it to 20 minutes etc, so that I can end up cycling even more than i used to per day, just in a way that's less tedious as sitting there cycling for one long session
Is there something I'm missing here or is this not a great idea? Particularly if it gets me exercising more when I otherwise might not

Another thing you consider is a full stretching-exersise routine. Last summer I was doing these every day and it was a good way to help get my body going, I found. Very flexible as far as how intense you want to make it, and perfect for a fatty who is just looking to get his body moving. I still remember how happy I was the first time I got through the routine without needing to pause and take a break

It's rare but some people do have predispositions to gout because of genetics, I can't really give you any solid advice but my first suggestion would be to reintroduce fruits into your diet and see if it helps. I would still avoid pure carbs like bread / rice / pasta, and it's up to you if you want to eat veggies, but try fruits like avocados / strawberries / mangos / oranges / etc.
And also if you aren't already you should be drinking dairy as well, unless you're lactose intolerant.
