Tricep kickbacks feel much better than overhead dumbell extensions. My shoulders get some rest, my elbows dont feel stressed and it feels like I hit different muscles.

Sumo smith machine squats make you look like a total faggot wimp, but if you focus on squeezing your glutes through the entire movement, it's gotta be the best exercise for butt gains
