It depends, like if you just hang out at a bar waiting nothing is going to happen almost all of the time, but I used to do shit like that when traveling and sometimes other men doing the same would start conversation and then we'd become friends for the night and pick up some girls. And when you have a wingman you'll fuck the hotter one if you're hotter than him.
In other settings it has more of an impact, like work or university when you're forced to socialize with people and if you're jacked it's pretty much impossible to not get approached by women at least once.
