/keto/ kings, what's the best way of calculating macros? is it even necessary? i want to make sure i'm getting enough protein (was on 200-220g doing CICO for lifting) but not too much that i get Gluconeogenesis
also i should take electrolyte supplements right? any recommendations?

>calculating macros? is it even necessary?
not needed
>getting enough protein
follow your senses. Once you've been eating mostly protein and fat for a few weeks to months you get a sense for what you need
>electrolyte supplements
not needed just salt food to taste. maybe some salted bone broth if you like
