There's nothing better than high bar a2g squats, they are my favorite exercise. Going for a new pr with them is always the most important set of the week. My second favorite exercise might be front squats, which I do immediately after back squats.

I’m not particularly fond of squatting either but every single person I’ve talked to that doesn’t squat is fucked up in the head, and every single person I’ve talked to that does squat is doing well in life and a good person.

So by correlation analysis I’ve decided to squat as well. Although I do it lightly I dont push hard.
