Why would you want to isolate front delts? It's retarded. They are already being hit by chest press movements. Lateral cable raises and reverse pec-dec are the GOAT delt exercises.

If you OHP dumbbells with the proper technique you can stimulate your side delts a lot, too. There's no reason not to OHP + lateral raises + reverse pec fly
