yeah this is more complex than muscles my dude. you're better off than before. learn dress, shower, grooming, do stuff you enjoy and/or have projects important to you, and talk to people enough that it becomes easier and more fun. if you're fit you can fast track this by just getting a couple nice outfits, a haircut, and some decent photos, getting on tinder, and piping sluts until your social muscles come back online.
