I loaded uo the hip thrust today with 10 45lb plates and did it for 20 reps per set. I would go higher but the weight arms only take 5 plates. I dont think I would be able to balance a barbell with that much weight comfortably. It feels good and I get a deep burnm my pants fit again and dont fall off due to lack of an ass (which they did last year). Its not gay, its crucial to train glutes.

Just did rdls for the first time yesterday and got crazy glute doms from 3x8-12. Thinking this is the secret code to glute training, also just a good accessory for conventional deadlift apparently and more fun than I thought it would be.

I only recently started doing "humpies" on the machine with the seat belt and my glutes have already gotten bigger and I have a visible ass dimple on the sides of my legs I never had before, and I'm not lean. I haven't tried to go more than 3.5 plates (or as you would say 7 plates) yet but I probably can. I'm definitely nothing special in glute strength but it's more than most people at my gym do, especially the girls who I mog on that machine (and every exercise) and I like to think notice the weight I do and equate it to me being a powerful humper
