The stretches to target your hips and lower back are all really good but I have no space for this, it really sucks.
My planet fitness is the size of a closet and even in low volume periods, I don't even have enough space to swing my legs

Consciously flex your abs and glutes and keep them flexed throughout the day until it becomes automatic
>t. done literally that

Comes from weak core + weak glutes + tight hip flexors

-train glutes: glute focused squats / hip thrusts
-train abdominal flexsion: crunches / leg raise
-train transverse abdominis: cable twists / stomach vacuums
-split squat holds (or couch stretch) to open up the hip flexors
-cat cow for high reps to open up the lumbar spine.
