how do I lower my squat when doing clean? I do front squats and back squats and go nearly to the floor, so it's not the issue here
but when I try to clean I panic in the middle and end up with like 1/4 of the squat I can do

Some people say that you should just use higher weight but it's kinda ehh of an advice, i too can ATG squat x2 my clean
The better advice that seemed to ease me into squatting it 90° for now is to go down with it once you receive the bar, like right as it's bouncing on your shoulders
