what /fit/ used to be
im so fucking sick of blackpillers in this community everytime a guy makes legit progress and posts it on tiktok or whatever there will always be that one faggot that has some smartass shit to say like "narrow clavicles its over" or "ur short it doesn't count"

when the fuck did everything become such a competition where everyone feels the need to prove their masculinity to one another this fatalistic mindset has clouded the mind of zoomers

even if you get decent numbers from dyel status to like 1/2/3/4 your quality of life will increase drastically.

back then we had the bro/strength oriented lifting culture but nowadays i feel like its divided between the science guys who are honestly irrelevant and the blackpillers who push for steroid use due to their crippling insecurities. Even guys like the tren twins who are more bro oriented have this forced energy about them.

All I'm trying to say is that the fitness industry lost it's soul and everything new it has to offer is just an optimal way to do something that always changes or blackpilled zoomers who think it's over if they don't look like a roided out genetic freak

i used the candito linear to achieve picrel years ago (the guy on the top left)
i still suggest that program to others and sometimes go back to it myself.
people used to accuse me of being on steroids back then.. but now with the uptick in steroids throughout all of fitness media it's probably not considered a very interesting transformation at all

i kept pretty detailed record of it all. made some pretty significant strength gains. my bench never did get too far beyond 225 though, even now. but i don't train like it did back then and don't really care anymore

squat/bench/deadlift
wk2 185/140/235---here 0720 192lbs 20%
w12 310/175/325 1205 169lbs 10%
