Im only used to seeing half dressed young people at the gym. Not everyone at the gym looks awesome, or magazine ready, but most look reasonably healthy, because they are ttrying to exercise and be strong, even some who are fat look healthy. And they probnably are, because they like to exercise.

But I recently went to a public celebration outside where I saw lots of young people (let's say twenties) outside in skimpy clothing. Unlike the gym many of the non-obese women looked like shit. Strange frames, rounded shoulders, weird fatty deposits, poor posture, zero calfs etc. Im not even talking about the fatsos, of which there were plenty. I'm commenting more on the non obese who just looked lumpy and misshapen. Presumably, unlike our fellow gymgoers, these "non-obese but look like shit" people don't exercise and are, consequently, unhealthy. They look very sickly.

TLDR exercise makes you look healthy, even if your sort of fat.
